As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the friendly and helpful staff. They greeted us warmly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to Washington Sq park and the Hudson River area. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the umbrellas available for use and the dining area in the lobby. the staff, location, and amenities made for an excellent experience.

The hotel is located in a great area of the city, close to several subway stations, making it convenient to explore different parts of New York City. It is also close enough to all the great midtown attractions, allowing guests to easily access popular landmarks and tourist spots. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests. the staff is welcoming and helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience during their stay.

The hotel's recycling practices need improvement, as mentioned in one of the reviews. It is disappointing when a hotel offers recycling bins but fails to properly separate and recycle the waste.

Small hotel, quick breakfast with plenty of choice, awesome location right on the subway. The room was compact, cozy and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Quick check-in and excellent service.

The staff was cordial, the room was incredible and fashionable, the view was wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of good food and drinks. The beds were nice, I slept well.

Unbeatable location, a short walk to The Sphere Sculpture. The restaurant is good. The staff is attentive, offer a fast check-in and late check-out.

We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel staff, led by Sharon at the front desk, were exceptional. They were always helpful and cheerful, especially during these challenging times. Despite the closed dining and kitchen, they provided us with tables and chairs in the dining area for our own food, as well as a microwave. Special thanks to Lara, the property GM, for arranging a tea/coffee maker in our room. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Washington Sq Park, near a subway station, and with plenty of shops for food and shopping. The housekeeping staff was efficient and quick, and the front office staff provided paper plates and cups. the excellent service deserves an 11/10 rating!

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The comfortable beds were a big plus, and I slept well. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, with easy access to subways that took me quickly to different neighborhoods and attractions in the city. there were great little restaurants nearby to explore and enjoy.

The staff at Courtyard were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. They even allowed me to do an early check-in after a long flight. Plus, the location is perfect with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to the subway. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding areas and get to my meetings. Being close to the village and Soho meant that I had plenty of options for dining and shopping within walking distance. there were several subway stations nearby, making it convenient for getting around the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my check-in process went smoothly. It was also a pleasant surprise to be able to check in earlier than expected.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right on a busy street, but surprisingly quiet. The service was excellent with attentive and helpful staff. The room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the room and the soundproofing which made for a peaceful stay. The amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and enjoyable my stay was.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, greeting us each day and even assisting with a special request when our daughter fell ill. The location was perfect, with NYU, great restaurants, and a metro station nearby. The hotel staff was always available to fulfill our needs, providing us with ice, cups, and utensils when requested. We were impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. We highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a great area of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Soho. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are reasonable for NY. I appreciated the plenty of space in the bathroom to spread out my things. The water pressure in the shower was good, although I did find it a little confusing to turn on without getting wet in the process. The presence of a refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. The views from the high floors were great, giving me a taste of the vibrant city below. And the location in Soho was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and great views.
